Beyond the classroom: a community around AI and leadership
The CES AI Institute learning programme connects participants with a wider community of business leaders, professionals, researchers and international experts. Through events and discussions on AI, leadership and organizational transformation, CES creates opportunities to exchange perspectives, explore practical challenges and connect learning with the decisions organizations face.
Organized by CES AI Institute in partnership with the Carol I Central University Library, “Human-Led, AI-Enabled: A Necessary Conversation” brought together Mohammed Benzakour, International Expert in Organizational Transformation and AI Adoption, and Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest). The conversation was moderated by Mireille Radoi, General Director of the Carol I Central University Library.
The discussion highlighted leadership, organizational readiness and human accountability as essential to effective AI adoption, alongside the skills and workflows needed to translate technology into results. It also explored RO AI Factory, developed by ICI Bucharest within the European network of AI factories to provide researchers, companies and public institutions with advanced computing infrastructure and expertise, with full operation expected in 2027.
